Sometimes a confrontation is impossible to avoid or may become unsafe. Krav Maga focuses on finishing a fight quickly, with a variety of different types of martial arts. We focus on the vulnerable body areas that can effectively finish a confrontation. It is simple and efficient. Krav Maga may not avoid serious injury to the opponent, but with proper training using safety equipment and reasonable force, you will experience realistic scenarios that could save your life. The single goal is self-preservation.
Women’s – Krav Maga Street Self-Defense
Grand Master Otto has developed a course specially designed for women who want to defend & protect herself when the time comes. This course teaches basic KRAV MAGA and karate techniques to very advance tactical self-defense skills. Women are amazed at their empowerment. You will be taught how to block and strike with focus and strength to the vulnerable areas of the body, so you will not become the victim.
The course also covers commentary on: Abusive relationships, Stalkers, Rapist & Sexual Assaults, Pepper Spray, Financial Predators, Managing Fears and real life scenario training. This system of self-defense is based on instinctive movements that are easily to learn and recall under stress and is not limited to certain physical abilities, size or strength. The single goal is self-preservation.
Women’s Self Defense course is 8 weeks. It is recommended to participate in the Intro to Karate class prior to enrolling in this course.
